Chris Rockhold has been training in Tang Soo Do since 1993 and has attained Sahm Dan (third degree black belt) and is an a Kyo Sa Nim (certified instructor) in Tang Soo Do. His martial arts training began in Tae Kwon Do in the 1980's; a few years later, he discovered Tang Soo Do and has been studying this martial art since.

Kyo Sa Nim Chris Rockhold has had the privilege of training with various Instructors and Master Instructors from all over the world. He also competes and helps judge in local, regional, national and international Tang Soo Do tournaments.
