Get ready to SWEAT! This full body work out will get your heart rate soaring and your muscles burning. You will improve your endurance, core strength, balance and health through the use of fast-paced martial art techniques and various calisthenics exercise drills. These exercises will concentrate on working the abs and obliques, and well as endurance.
We will be throwing many punches, elbows, knee kicks and various other kicking drill intermixed with core strengthening focus routines, so be sure to wear comfortable work out clothes.
